2025 Tough Truck Raffle

1 entry for $10 or 6 entries for $50.
All proceeds will benefit the Linn County Fair Grounds Improvements.
Winner will assume full ownership of vehicle to race during the 2025 Tough Truck Competition.
The Linn County Fair and event organizers assume no liability for the vehicle or race participation.

Linn County Fair Tough Truck Car Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility:
   • Must be 18 years or older to enter.
   • Must have a valid driver’s license.
   • Must be available to race in the Tough Truck Races on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Central City, Iowa.
2. How to Enter:
   • Entries must be submitted at the Linn County Fair by Saturday June 28th, 2025 11:55pm.
   • $10 per entry, enter as many times as you would like.
3. Winner Selection:
   • One winner will be randomly selected and announced Sunday June 29th, 2025 at 10:00am.
   • Winner must be present to claim the vehicle, or another winner will be drawn.
4. Prize Details:
   • Winner will receive full ownership of the giveaway vehicle. Title and Bill of Sale will be signed over and notarized to the winner.
   • The vehicle must be raced in the Tough Truck competition on June 29, 2025 by the winner or a designated driver (approved in advance).
   • Any modifications or preparations to the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Liability & Responsibility:
   • The Linn County Fair and event organizers assume no liability for the vehicle or race participation.
   • Winner is responsible for all safety equipment, registration (if applicable), and any injuries or damages that may occur.
6. Acceptance:
   • By entering, participants agree to the official rules and grant permission for their name and likeness to be used in promotional materials.
