*Curfew is from 11 PM – 4 AM

** No outside alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons are allowed on the fairgrounds.

***Friendly protest is allowed on the fairgrounds from 7am to 8am, located in the far east corner of grounds on the east side of the road by the Conservation Building.

The Linn County Fair normally takes photographs for all our print and website needs for next year's fair. During this event, a photograph may be taken of you or your child. Unless you request otherwise, your photo may be considered for use by the Linn County Fair in any publications or promotional materials, in any medium now known or developed in the future without any restrictions. You will not receive compensation. If you object to The Linn County Fair using you or your child's image in this manner, please notify us at marketing@thelinncountyfair.com
