The Linn County Fair is looking for businesses to partner with to continue making our Linn County Fair happen year after year.
Our fair has been operating since 1888. With the continued help of our business partners, the traditions are continuing to be built.
If you are interested in advertising during the fair to promote your business and or looking to give back, please reach out to our partnership committee who will answer all your questions and work to get your business involved.

Can my partnership be customized?

YES! All partnership packages can be created to fit you company’s vision and needs. We will gladly work with you to feature your business the best way possible and create a package that fits your company’s budget.

How do I become the exclusive partner of an event?

If you would like to be the exclusive partner of an event your partnership investment must cover 66% of the cost of the event.

When is my payment due?

• Grandstand & Day Partnerships: Paid in full by April 1, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in advertising and promotional materials.
• Event Partnerships: Paid in full by May 15, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in advertising and promotional materials.
• Friend of the Fair Partnerships: Should be finalized by May 15, 2026.

Partnerships received after May 15, 2026 are always appreciated and may still receive ticket benefits. However, marketing and promotional recognition cannot be guaranteed, and tickets will not be distributed until payment has been received in full. Partners with marketing benefits must provide a high-resolution logo by the applicable deadline.

What does my advertising package include?

What social media is used to promote my business?

• Our website www.thelinncountyfair.com has all fair-time events and details.
• Facebook– the fair has an account and posts the different events for the fair, results and any news concerning.

What does a grandstand ticket pack include?

All grandstand ticket packs include one ticket to each of the grandstand events.

What is a Carnival Coupon?

Each coupon can be turned in during the fair for one wrist band or a sheet of 20 ride tickets. Wristband times can be found under the schedule tab of our website.

What are Fairbucks?

Fairbucks are available to Grandstand & Day partners only. The fairbucks order form allows you to customize your ticket package included with your partnership. You can also order additional tickets at a discounted price for your customers and employees. Fairbucks order forms are due to the fair office by June 1, 2026.
