Fair Photography 2026

Join the Media Team for the 2026 Linn County Fair!

Thank you for your interest in capturing the excitement of the 2026 Linn County Fair! While the fair runs from June 24–28, our photography and videography needs extend from Monday, June 22, through Monday, June 29, to ensure we document all the action happening on the fairgrounds.

The Marketing Committee is seeking volunteers to photograph and film everything from 4-H/FFA events to grounds entertainment and grandstand shows. Your work will be used to help promote the fair in the coming years!

How It Works:

• Fill out the form with your availability and preferred media type (photos or video).
• A Marketing Committee member will follow up to confirm details and assign coverage areas.
• All photos will be uploaded to our Flickr account, with rights attributed as requested.

Perks for Volunteers:

• A media pass for fair access to capture content.
• Grandstand tickets as a thank-you, based on the time you commit—use them yourself or share with family and friends!

Special Interest in Short-Form Video:

We have a strong need for short-form video content and are especially interested in creators passionate about event coverage. If you love capturing dynamic, engaging moments, we’d love to have you!
