You are invited to create a tablescape for the Tablescape Contest.

Competition Date: Sunday, June 29, 2025
Location: LDM Building - Exhibit Hall
Registration: 10:00 am
Judging begins at 11:00 am
Prizes awarded for each category

Rules:
1. Feel free to create a title or story based on the following categories. Contestants may enter both categories:
-CATEGORIES WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON! Check back for updates.
2. Contestants must provide a place setting for one (1 person). Items may include dishes, flatware, glassware, table covering and linens, other accessories (unlit candle, flowers, decorations, centerpiece, etc).
3. Entry must include a menu.
4. Table space is provided, approximately 30x30 inch area, covered with white plastic table covering.
5. No food is permitted.
6. Displays should be set up between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. Displays may be picked up at 3:00 pm. The displays will be supervised, but the Linn County Fair is not responsible for broken, damaged, lost or stolen items.

The Linn County Fair normally takes photographs for all our print and website needs for next year's fair. During this event, a photograph may be taken of you or your child. Unless you request otherwise, your photo may be considered for use by the Linn County Fair in any publications or promotional materials, in any medium now known or developed in the future without any restrictions. You will not receive compensation. If you object to The Linn County Fair using you or your child's image in this manner, please notify us at marketing@thelinncountyfair.com
