Heavy IndX, a dynamic and modest ensemble based in North Liberty, Iowa, crafts a unique sound that marries the raw energy of rock with the storytelling soul of country. Founded by Scott Ottson and Shaun Greene in 2019, the band began as a collaboration between friends eager to explore their eclectic influences.

Scott, skillfully navigating both vocals and guitar, alongside Shaun, who adeptly switches between bass and guitar, laid the foundation for the band's signature style. With the addition of Ryan Baumbach in 2021 on drums brought a new dimension to Heavy IndX's sound with his expertise in rhythm section, solidifying the group’s musical vision.

In 2023, the band welcomed McKenna Proud as their lead vocalist, further enhancing their dynamic range and deepening their connection with audiences. McKenna's powerful voice and emotive delivery have elevated Heavy IndX's music, allowing the band to explore new artistic horizons.
