2025 Linn County Fair Week Photo Contest
We are excited to bring back the ever popular Linn County Fair Week Photo Contest, open to all fairgoers who love to snap pictures! This contest was a HUGE HIT last year and we are excited to see the fair through your eyes again! Whether it's the joy on a child's face as they ride the Ferris wheel, the vibrant colors of the fairground, or the excitement of a livestock show.
Contest Details:
- This is an amateur/beginning photo contest, open to all ages and residents.
- Subject or content in the photo must be family friendly.
- One Entry Per Person.
- Photo must have been taken between June 23 - June 29, 2025 at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Central City, IA.
- All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
- Winners will be selected by people's choice on social media. Winners will receive recognition from the Linn County Fair and Linn-News.
- Submission Deadline: The submission form will remain open until July 1, 2025 11:59 CST. No late submissions will be accepted.
- Entry Link will be posted, beginning on June 23!
Voting and Prizes:
- People's Choice Voting: Winners will be selected by a people's choice vote on the Linn County Fair's Facebook page.
- Voting Period: Voting opens on July 2, 2025, and closes on July 9, 2025.
- Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced shortly after the voting period ends.
